What information do you collect?
We collect the details you give us through the boat-finder, our contact form, a phone call, or an email. That's mainly your name, phone number, and email address, plus what you tell us about your trip, such as your date, group size, and the kind of boat you want. If you complete a booking, payment is handled by our payment provider, and we don't store full card numbers on our own systems.
How do you use my information?
We use your details to do the thing you came here for: send a quote and a booking link, confirm and run your rental, and answer whatever you ask. We may also contact you about a booking you've made or a request you've sent us. A few specifics:
- Send you a quote, a booking link, and trip details for the boat you asked about.
- Reply to your questions by text, phone, or email.
- Keep records of your booking for scheduling, safety, and accounting.
- Improve how the boat-finder and the site work.
Will you text me, and can I stop it?
The boat-finder works by text, so when you give us your number and ask for a quote you're agreeing to receive texts from us about it, including your quote and booking link. Message and data rates may apply. These are not marketing blasts; they're about your request and your booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we'll stop texting you.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Like most sites, we use cookies and similar tools, along with analytics services, to see how visitors use the site and to keep it running well. These may collect standard technical details such as your browser type, device, and the pages you view. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
Do you sell my information?
No. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our booking, text-messaging, payment, and analytics tools, and only so they can do their job for us.
